Is the demo free?

Yes. The public demo uses fictional bistro data, needs no signup, and lasts 24 hours per role. WhatsApp is enabled when a real account is connected; the demo keeps that channel disabled.

Who approves actions?

Always an authorized person. The agent investigates, gathers evidence, and prepares the next step within the location's permissions, but any action touching money, inventory, or safety stays pending approval.
