Credits when you need them

One-time packs with no subscription or expiry. Added to your balance and outside the weekly window. They do not change your plan.

How the work is charged

Plans renew monthly in USD. Up to 50% of the monthly allowance is available in a rolling seven-day window. Purchased packs are outside those limits and do not expire.

Conversations are charged for actual model usage from the same balance as documents and images. A standard photo uses 0.6 credits; high quality uses 2. Revisions may require additional usage.

Five-second video is available in Operations and Scale from 5 credits. Documents use your existing photos; creating a new image consumes additional credits.

Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period. Failed jobs return their reservation. Cancel renewal in your account and retain the paid period.

Published prices do not change when you cancel or move to a lower plan. Plan changes are managed in your account and Stripe shows the amount before you confirm.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Wobistro?

An AI assistance service for restaurants and hospitality. It brings conversations, records, cost calculations and document, menu and campaign creation into one place. It is not a POS or a human employee.

Who is it for?

Owners, managers and small teams at restaurants, cafés, bars, catering kitchens and hotels. You do not need AI experience. You need real operational records and the judgement to review the output.

How do the agents work?

Bruno coordinates twelve AI specialties. Each conversation uses the selected project’s context, files and records. They are not human employees or autonomous processes operating outside your account. You review before using any output.

What does it cost and how do I pay?

Plans cost US$9, US$20, US$49 and US$99 per month, depending on capacity. Credit packs cost US$4, US$15, US$35 and US$100. Stripe processes payment and renewal. Creating a Checkout link does not charge a card.

Do I need an application or a call?

No for standard plans. Choose a plan and start. For groups with several locations or teams, write to hello@wobistro.com and we agree the scope before billing.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel renewal in your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period. There is no automatic charge after cancellation. Monthly credits expire at the end of the period; purchased packs do not.

Does it connect automatically to my POS or WhatsApp?

No. Upload or enter your own records. There is no automatic connection to registers, banks, suppliers, WhatsApp or delivery platforms. MCP lets you connect a compatible client with account authorization.

Are my projects private?

Yes. Each account keeps its projects, files and conversations separately. Download results to use them where you choose. Nothing is published automatically.

What if an output is wrong?

AI outputs may contain errors. Review figures, allergens, prices and procedures before use. If a job fails, its credit reservation is returned. For a material error in a page or document, write to hello@wobistro.com; the corrections policy is at /estandares.

Can I use my old account?

Yes. Use the same email and request a sign-in link. Preserved historical records are available in your private workspace.

Where are the conditions and policies?
