Daily close without rebuilding the shift

Matches sales, cash, cards, tips, discounts, and withdrawals; surfaces only the differences that need an explanation.

  • Amount, evidence, and owner
  • Approval before adjustment

What counts as closed

A day is closed when these six match or every difference has an owner and evidence: sales, cash, cards, tips, discounts, and withdrawals. Nothing else is rebuilt.

How it works

Wobistro preserves the source, identifies the exception, prepares an action within permissions, and records the responsible person's decision. Every result returns to the history so the next shift starts with context.

  1. Match sources first
  2. Isolate the exception
  3. Require amount, evidence, and owner
  4. Approval before adjustment
  5. Return result to history

One fictional close example

Illustrative fictional example, not a customer result.

Expected cash: USD 482.50. Counted cash: USD 472.50. Difference: -USD 10.00.

Evidence: closing till photo + card terminal total. Owner: closing manager. Decision recorded: USD 10.00 discount explained with ticket #042, approved before adjustment. Next shift starts with that note in history.

No other lines needed review.

Review it against method and evidence

Compare the method, not just the screen. Keep procedures that end in evidence and reports that preserve evidence.
